Echo Arcadia New Album and Deal

Echo Arcadia signs a deal with Spectra Records to release their new album "Beauty In An Average Life." Echo Arcadia make sweet music out of Edinburgh, Scotland. Their unusual mix of gritty rock back beats, grumbling guitars and catchy pop melodies have gained them a growing fan base. The seven members' eclectic influences marry to create a fresh alternative to the usual indie-pop/rock fare.

Spectra is looking forward to the band breaking into the U.S. and the U.K. and feels the band will be very well received and become a fan favorite. The lineup is deafening: four vocals, two guitars, bass, drums, piano, trumpet and violin, yet the reality is altogether different. Each Arcadian takes their place, and bides their time, waiting for one perfect moment to speak. "Beauty in an Average Life" is an album borne of introspection, though it’s not always easy to spot. Veiled behind fistfuls of violin, bursts of trumpet and soaring fourpart harmonies, the unassuming lyrics tell a different story.

In short, the industry will soon find that Echo Arcadia is one of Scotland's best kept secrets.
