Barricades Rise release new album "All I Have Is Here."

Barricades Rise release their latest album "All I Have Is Here." With over 15 years together honing their musical partnership, Barricades Rise AKA Jonathan Coates and Michael McEntee have mastered the art of sounding like a 9-piece band encased in 2 acoustic guitars and vocals, taking the over-ripe Acoustic folk scene and turning it on it's head.

They infuse each song, each performance with that life-affirming partnership they have, effortlessly gliding from glorious harmonies to stomping, head-banging riffs. Forever involving the audience in their gigs they feel it's the most vital part of being in a band.  Michael - "It's great going to a gig and hearing new music, but if the person on stage doesn't want to have a chat and interact with the audience, they're missing a trick."



 
After going through several different musical incarnations, Jonathan, lead vocals and Michael, lead guitar fell on the acoustic scene by accident. Jonathan - "Previously we played in a 5-piece indie band but it was so much easier just the two of us playing together. We played a few open mics and instantly fell in love with it"

The rock-driven energy of their previous band was carried through to the acoustic stage, and this is what the audience absorbed. Most gigs the pair leave the stage covered in sweat and minus a few guitar strings. Fatal Smile releases new album "21st Century Freaks" in USA

During the last ten years Fatal Smile has built a strong and solid reputation internationally and achieved great success with their 2nd album "Neo Natural Freaks", mixed by Stefan Glaumann (Rammstein, Backyard Babies..).

The first single from the album "Learn, Love, Hate" landed heavy rotation on rock radio worldwide and was top three for ten weeks on national radio. The band toured massively in Europe and led them all the way to Japan.  

The guitar player & founder MR. Y changed the complete line up in 2007 and recorded their much awaited album "World Domination" that was released in 2008. The mixing duties was handled by the legendary Michael Wagener, famous for his work with Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Mötley Crüe, Skid Row just to name a few.


The album did great thanks to fantastic reviews in press and media all over the world, which led to massive exposure of the videos for the singles "S.O.B." and "Run For Your Life" in USA and Europe. "World Domination" was listed top ten in the largest magazines of the main target countries. It was also nominated for awards such as "Album Of The Year" at the Swedish Metal Awards, Sweden´s largest rock magazine "Sweden Rock Magazine" listed it as "Album Of The Month" just before In Flames...

The band was invited to play festivals all over Europe and toured with a bombastic live show filled with pyro effects, smoke and fire! Deborah Bonham joins the Spectra Music Group

Singer/Songwriter Deborah Bonham joins Spectra Records: A division of the Spectra Music Group. The crafty, stylish and incomparable artist and sister of John Bonham of Led Zeppelin fame is set out on a course all of her own. Deborah is no stranger to the industry and her new album soon to be released is one of many records by the dazzling blonde performer. The spirit in the songs and music of Deborah Bonham draws on the hurt, pain, joy and anger that come with life for all of us. Negatives are decanted as positivity, from mistakes comes learning. From that spirit comes the determination to always push forward and celebrate life, sharing experiences with her audience. So there could be only one title for the new album: “SPIRIT” but Deborah also has soul. The last two years has seen Deborah touring alongside and dueting with Paul Rodgers, Robert Plant and as a special guest with Nazareth (Dan McCafferty performed his first-ever duet on tour in the UK with Deborah, singing the Lorraine Ellison soul classic ‘Stay With Me Baby’). She also performed alongside Ozzy Osbourne in the Czech Republic, where she returned for more shows and also appeared at the massive Harley Davidson festivals in France and Austria (100,000 people). Matthew Modine To Release "Full Metal Jacket Diary" Audiobook in Early 2014

The Brown Edition Nominated for IMA's

Spectra Jazz Recording artists The Brown Edition sprint out of the gate with their debut release SOULPOCALYPSE (February 26, 2013), and nab two 12th annual Independent Music Award nominations (IMA's) in the Funk/Fusion/Jam category and music producer category (Thomas Pell & Justin Armstrong).

The Music Resource Group (MRG) announced nominees today from over 80 album, song, video and design categories based on submissions from all over the world.



Winners will be determined by a "Who's Who" music industry judging panel including artists such as Tom Waits, Ziggy Marley, McCoy Tyner, Meshell Ndegeocello, Arturo Sandoval and many others, alongside voting from the general public.

Winners of the IMA's receive promotions, distribution and performance opportunities that place them in front of over one billion music fans.
